Obviously it is a great samurai film by Yoji Yamada,a bit slow going but it shows us that being a samurai and a father is really not an easy thing in today's Japan and there are second class samurais.The main character of the film is,known by everyone, Hiroyuki Sanada.Desired to be the leading actor in all samurai films. He is giving to life to past century warriors at our present time. It is a must watch film! Tasogare Seibei
